Excel Construction Limited over the last year has undergone training and audit for the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems in the construction industry.

The company underwent the final audit in March 2011 and was subsequently awarded the certificate.

Twenty members of the company’s projects’ staff also underwent training through the engagement of services from a UK based Consultant in “Managing Safely in Construction”, a five-day course that is fully recognized by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health\\r\\n(IOSH) – U.K.

These are part of a number of initiatives that the Management of the company is undertaking to meet the growing demands of the construction industry both in Uganda and the region.

The Company’s performance can be gauged by its ability to carry out works of extremely complex nature e.g. Construction of the Uganda Malting Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant” at Nile breweries limited and delivering the project on time thereby giving the Client more than just value for money.

It is this dedication and effort from both the Management and the Projects staff of the company, that distinctly make Excel Construction Limited one of the leaders in the Construction Industry in Uganda and the region.
